Join me for a group reiki session that is designed to restore balance, recharge your spirit, and elevate your energy.

This restorative hour is an opportunity to pause and reconnect with your inner self. The collective energy of a group reiki session amplifies the beautiful healing experience, creating a nurturing space for everyone, whether you are new to this practice or seasoned!

During the session:

• Guided Meditation: we will start the session with calming breath work to ground you and then a guided meditation to center your mind and help you connect to your inner guide.

• Reiki Flow: experience the radiant flow of reiki energy to help relax you, cleanse the mind and release any energetic blocks 

• Oracle Card Reading: we will end the session with an oracle card reading for the collective group and any brief group connection to share your experiences is encouraged afterwards​
